Do I need to speak English to be listed?
No you don’t. A lot of our users speak Spanish, and what they really need is a professional who understands their situation as a foreign resident, which matters more than fluency in English. How much does it cost?
Basic listings are free and pricing for Trusted and Featured listings depends on your category, because a listing is worth more to some types of business than others, so I’ll give you an exact quote once I know a bit about what you do. Whatever the category, you can pay monthly or annually, and the annual option gets you 12 months for the price of 10. Annual payments are non-refundable.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, there’s a 3-month minimum to start with, because it takes a little while for a new profile to get indexed by Google and start showing up for searches. After that it switches to a rolling monthly contract, and you can cancel with one month’s notice.
How long until my listing is live?
Once you fill in the form, Ross will get back to you within 24 hours. After that he will personally build your profile with your services, languages and contact details, sending it over for you to check before anything goes live.
Can I upgrade from Trusted to Featured later?
Yes, you can upgrade whenever you like and the new rate applies from your next billing month. Once upgraded, you can start taking advantage of the extra perks included with a Featured listing.
